Zumba Fitness and Events with Deneen Connolly takes place at DeeDance Studio and St. Matthew's Elementary School located in the heart of Cowan Heights.

Dance and Fitness classes take place on Tuesdays and Thursday from 7 - 8 and Sundays from 11 - 12!

Special events bring the community together to fundrasie, socialize, dance and take in dance performances by Fundulations Dance Troupe!
