CBC Pancake Breakfast for Homelessness February 21st

CBC in partnership with the The Newfoundland and Labrador Housing and Homelessness Network invites you to the 8th Annual CBC Pancake Breakfast for Homelessness. We're excited to report that we have more breakfasts taking place this year than ever before. 

As always, our signature event is taking place at The Battery. Anthony Germain and the rest of the St. John's Morning Show gang will be broadcasting live from 6-9 am with music by The Navigators! After the live show is finished, Damian Follett will take to the stage, and the breakfast will continue until 10 am. As well, there is going to be an AWESOME family room with Mascots (Lunar Jim and Bo on the Go and Buddy The Puffin), magicians, face painting and music by Terry Rielly. Oh, did we mention that you can meet some of your favorite CBC NL personalities there, too? Guess what else? Lynda Boyd from Republic of Doyle will be there!! 
 
Metrobus will offer a free shuttle service from the Memorial Stadium Dominion parking lot (Lake Ave at Quidi Vidi Lake). The shuttle will operate between pancake events at the Battery, Smitty's at the Marriott and City Hall (EB Foran room) from 6-10am and leave each departure site every 15 minutes.
 
Labrador Morning will also be doing a live broadcast from College of the North Atlantic, Happy Valley-Goose Bay starting at 6 am. 

If you can't make it out to any of our locations, here's an idea: Why not host your very OWN pancake breakfast? Families, businesses, schools, community organizations are all jumping on board...so why don't you? There's no pancake breakfast too small for such a great cause.
